Something not right with your order? The team will gladly refund your order for a store credit if there's a mix-up.
If you're unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product, and wish to return it please email email@example.com with your order number and we will advise next steps.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and a store credit will be processed.
Return mail and resend costs are the responsibility of the customer along with any restocking fees. This will be deducted from the refund amount.
Unfortunately, we do not exchange products that are not in their original condition.
